On Ramp for beginners: Individualized coaching. Focused on form and basic lifts

Standard CrossFit Classes

Supplemental Programs:

Competitor: extra strength training, Olympic lifting and higher skill based workouts for those looking to take CrossFit to the next level

Endurance: longer purely aerobic sessions designed to create an aerobic base and aid in weight loss

Muscle Mass: Strength work created to build more muscle and increase range of motion as well as provide the accessory work needed for gaining strength

Nutrition: A program designed to guide you in the kitchen rather than in the gym…you cannot out train a bad diet.

Individualized: A program designed to specifically meet your goals.

Effort – Results are directly proportional to your effort. Coaches will give you every effort to create opportunities for excellence. We find that our members must apply themselves with dedication to fully realize their potential.

Safety – We are highly committed to teaching the correct technique and mechanics for the prevention of injuries, increased performance and skill mastery.

Commitment – At Destination CrossFit our coaches eat, sleep and breathe CrossFit so that we can provide you with the best possible programming available. We are dedicated to creating stronger, healthier individuals and athletes, and we will not ask you to do anything we have not done ourselves. We believe in leading by example.

Integrity – The dedication to be honest, ethical, and fair in everything we do. We expect our members to demonstrate and perform movements to the highest level. We request an adherence to moral and ethical principles; soundness of moral character; the honesty and truthfulness of one’s actions. “Doing what’s right even when no one is looking”. The integrity of our coaches and members defines our gym both structurally and morally.

Humility – CrossFit is at times humbling and we must remember that there is more to the journey than our ego. We all make mistakes and stumble along the way. It takes months and years to develop technique, strength, speed, efficiency, and the skills needed to become a solid athlete.

Perseverance – You possess everything it takes to succeed, but you will have to work very hard to achieve your goals. Your dedication to persevere will lead to greater results sooner.

Community – We are a community above anything else. Every decision we make here is for our members. We want this to be a place you can not only get a workout in but also make lifelong friends. Though we are all working toward different goals, we are a group of like-minded individuals and athletes cheering each other on along the way. Support each other!
